Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer after smoking.  Any house can potentially have elevated radon concentrations and it is recommended by the EPA that all houses be tested.  Most radon testing is done during in a cursory manner during a real estate transaction as part of a Radon Contract Contingency without a significant understanding of why this is done. It is the aim of this Envirolabs course to increase the general protection of the public by better educating real estate agents to handle questions on why radon testing is important and what can be done to correct a radon problem.  Offered by the leading radon testing laboratory of the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.
